Worship for All
Once a
month our Sunday 10 am service
is specially designed to be child friendly.
We call these
services 'Worship for All'
because they are suitable for
people of all age groups,
young and old. The children
stay with us in church for the
whole service, instead of
spending part of the service
in Sunday School.
As on other
Sundays the service includes
Holy Communion.
'Worship for all' is usually held on the third Sunday of a month, but their are a couple of special occasions like Mothering Sunday that can fall at other times.
Forthcoming 'Worship for All' dates are:
- 13th December 2009
- (25th December - Christmas Day family friendly service - 10 am)
- 17th January 2010
- 21st February
- 14th March - Mothering Sunday (Parade)
- 18th April
- 16th May
- 20th June
- 18th July
- 22nd August
- 19th September
- 17th October
- 14th November - Remembrance (Parade) - please note the different time: 10:50 am
Three times
a year the local uniformed
organisations (cubs, scouts,
etc) also join us. These are
the 'Parade' services
indicated above. These
services include Open
Communion, when the
consecrated bread (and wine
for adults) is offered
to everyone.
Everyone is welcome in services at St Paul's
